Spring Table in Blue
I love the soft blue colors in this spring table setting! It radiates a spring vibe with blue details, including bunny plates, glassware, and ribbons. The pastel blue colors and playful details will make your table radiate a warm, cheerful springtime vibe that will delight your guests!

Flowers for a Spring Bunnies Tablescape
This table started with a white tablecloth, brightened with floral arrangements of beautiful white roses, delicate blue-and-white hydrangeas, and white lilies in elegant cube vases. The mix of textures and colors from these fragrant flowers will give your table a charming, fresh springtime look.

Soak the Hydrangeas
To keep hydrangeas from wilting, soak them in water when you get them home (or after cutting them) to give these H2O-loving flowers a big drink. Start by submerging the flower heads in a sink (or tub) of water for 30 minutes to 2 hours because hydrangeas love to absorb water through their flower petals! Plus, this helps ensure that they last for days. Be sure to trim the stems so they have a fresh stem to drink from.

Buy Unopened Lilies for Spring Bunnies Tablescape
Lilies can have a strong fragrance, so buy them before the blooms open so they can add texture to the arrangements. When they open, trim the anthers from the long filaments called stamens. The anthers are covered in pollen that will stain your table linens when they fall. I like to turn a flower upside down over a trash can and cut off the anthers with scissors, letting them fall into the trash. Be careful not to touch the anthers, or they will stain your hands. If pollen falls on the lily petals, gently tap it over the trash to remove as much as possible. Do not try to rub it away because it will smear and stain the flowers.

White Roses for Spring Bunnies Tablescape
I love roses in arrangements. Try using cabbage or country roses, layered with petals. If you can’t find them, there is a trick to make your roses look fuller. Turn the rose upside down and hold the stem between your palms. Rub your palms together to rotate the rose several times, and it will open wider, creating a beautiful look.

Add Whimsical Touches to Your Spring Bunnies Table
Add a few whimsical touches, such as bird nests and blue foil-colored chocolate eggs. Colorful eggs in bird nests will help fill in around the centerpiece and give guests an after-dinner treat!

Dinnerware for Spring Bunnies Tablescape
Mix and match different dinnerware patterns to create a charming springtime vibe. The blue-striped dinner plates are Modello by Vietri. The bunny salad plates by Williams Sonoma are discontinued, but can be found at Replacements, LTD.

Did you know that research suggests blue plates can make you eat less? This is because there aren’t many naturally blue foods, so we don’t have a natural appetite for blue. Blue also calms. That sounds like the perfect table setting!

Stemware
Blue stemware looks pretty on this table, but clear glassware will work too. However, if using blue glasses, look for pastel blue colors rather than darker cobalt colors.

Centerpiece for Spring Bunnies Table
Create a centerpiece of whimsical white bunnies with blue ribbons. This centerpiece features a mix of white bunnies set against ivory crinkled paper.

I scattered other white decorative bunnies across the table as filler in the center. Enjoy the rest of the photos!
