Serving Suggestions

No dip is complete without the right dipping chips. For this spicy Mexican dip, I recommend stocking up on plenty of thicker tortilla chips or scoops that hold their shape without breaking apart. Also, consider serving this dip in small, individual containers for guests to take with them as they settle in to watch the game. Finally, consider doubling or tripling this recipe for larger gatherings.

Storage and Reheating Tips

One of the best things about this dip is how well it keeps in the refrigerator. You can prepare it a day in advance and let the flavors meld overnight, enhancing its taste when served! To reheat, simply warm it in a pan with a splash of milk to keep the cheese creamy and delicious. This dip also works great in a slow cooker on a “keep-warm” setting—just make it and transfer it to the slow cooker for easy serving. Enjoy!
