Make an Impromptu Pizza Dip
My friend Jill gave me this recipe after she served it at a graduation party. I loved the flavor but was impressed by the ease of preparation–Jill said she cooks it in the microwave! It is so easy to make that you don’t have to plan ahead to make it. If you have the ingredients, use this recipe to create an impromptu treat for the big game or as a party appetizer. Jill says she takes it to work for potlucks because she can store it in the refrigerator and then heat it in the microwave just before serving it.
Versatile Pizza Dip
This pizza dip is incredibly versatile, so feel free to customize it with your favorite pizza toppings, such as cooked sausage, bacon, onions, mushrooms, or extra sauce or cheese. Make this dip vegetarian by leaving off the pepperoni or replacing it with vegetarian toppings such as banana peppers, jalapenos, or black olives. However you top it, the combination of gooey cheese, zesty sauce, and flavorful toppings makes this dip a guaranteed winner!
