Grapefruit vinaigrette is made with freshly squeezed or bottled grapefruit juice and three-citrus marmalade is very easy to make. Simply blend all the ingredients together for a tangy grapefruit taste!
For this recipe, I use freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice or Simply Grapefruit juice brand. The advantage of squeezing your own juice means that you don’t have a bottle of juice leftover if you don’t like to drink it.
I use a three-citrus marmalade in this salad dressing, which is made from lemons, oranges, and grapefruit. However, you can use pink grapefruit marmalade in its place if you choose and the taste will be very similar.
