Ingredients You’ll Need for Bacon-Wrapped Roasted Corn
To create this dish, gather fresh corn, bacon slices, and chili powder. These ingredients come together to deliver a smoky and savory flavor that’s hard to resist.
Wrapping the Corn
Begin by shucking and rinsing the corn to prepare it for grilling. Next, take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each ear of corn in a spiral pattern. Be sure not to let the bacon overlap too much, as this will ensure even cooking and a crispy texture. After wrapping, lightly sprinkle chili powder on top to add an extra kick of flavor.

Grilling to Perfection
Once your corn is prepped, place each wrapped ear on a sheet of aluminum foil. Roll it up tightly, twisting the ends as if you’re wrapping a candy. This method seals in the juices and flavor while it cooks. Now, it’s time to grill! Set your grill to medium heat and cook the wrapped corn for about 30 minutes. Remember to turn the corn every few minutes using tongs or the foil ends to ensure the bacon cooks evenly and becomes perfectly crispy.
