Nutella Rice Krispies Bars
Equipment
- (1) 9 x 13-inch pan
- waxed or parchment paper
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup Nutella
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal (or another crispy rice cereal)
- extra butter for buttering the pan
- confectioners' sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Use extra butter to coat the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Set aside.
- Melt the butter on low heat in an extra-large pot. Add the marshmallows and stir until they are almost melted. Turn off the heat and continue stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted. Add the vanilla and salt. Stir.
