Pizza dip, perfect for a gameday appetizer, is tweaked in this recipe. Gone is the cream cheese used in many recipes; in its place is ricotta, topped with pizza sauce and melted mozzarella and parmesan. Easy to make, this dip is best served piping hot!
1cuppizza sauce(Dei Fratelli tested in this recipe)
15mini pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings)

Breadstick Ingredients
(1)12-inchpizza crust(any partially cooked crust can be used)
olive oil for brushing
⅛teaspoonoregano, dried
⅛teaspoonbasil, dried
⅛teaspoonrosemary, dried
¼teaspoongarlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix oregano, parsley, and basil with the ricotta cheese. Stir until herbs are distributed throughout the cheese.
Spray or grease a 9-inch baking dish. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Mix together the Parmesan and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella. Sprinkle over the ricotta cheese.
Spread the pizza sauce over the cheese. Top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni or any other desired pizza toppings.
Bake until hot and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
Breadstick Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush the top side of the pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle herbs and garlic over the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is a light brown. If using a thin crust, adjust the baking time to a shorter time so you don't overcook the crust.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza crust into 1-inch strips.
