Fritos salad is a favorite dish that serves as a full meal, with meat, vegetables, cheese, and, of course, Fritos. But don’t let the name fool you. Although called a salad, it is hearty and filling and can be made and assembled in one pan, making it a perfect food for tailgate parties, camping, and game day. Cut the vegetables ahead of time, and this dish comes together very fast.

Using only one pan, you cook the burger in a large skillet and then layer the other ingredients on top. It is just that easy!

But what makes this salad so much fun to eat is serving it in the empty Fritos bags. Yes, the same ones that the Fritos came out of to garnish this salad. Not only do you repurpose the bags, but it also makes cleanup easy!

The bags are sturdy enough to eat from and fill again!

This salad also works for picky eaters. Prepare the cooked ingredients in the skillet and then put the meat and all the toppings in separate serving containers. Let each person fill a bag with their choice of ingredients.

The small Fritos bags usually come in a multi-pack box with other chip varieties. Any of the other chip bags work well for eating out of, too!
