Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add the sugar and salt. Stir. Heat mixture until bubbly. Then remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract and sour cream. Stir until well blended. Let sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Store in the refrigerator.
