Need a quick and easy brownie recipe that puts a twist on an old favorite? Then try these Almond Joy brownies.
Start with a boxed chewy brownie mix and the few ingredients needed to stir it together. Add sweetened condensed milk, chopped Almond Joy bars, and chopped almonds. It’s that easy!
Place a sheet of parchment paper underneath the brownies leaving the sides long for “handles” to easily lift the brownies out after baking. It makes cutting the brownies into bars much easier!
The brownies cook up in about 30 minutes and are both chewy (from the brownies) and crunchy (from the nuts)…
…and are full of Almond Joy bars! You can even add a few more bars to this recipe and it turns out well. And if you are a Mounds candy bar lover, use them. They work just as well.
