Try a quick side dish of corn on the cob wrapped in bacon. This dish has three ingredients: fresh corn, bacon, and chili powder, and is very easy to make!
Start by wrapping each piece of corn with a slice of bacon. Sprinkle some chili powder on top. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil. Grill.

- 6 medium to large fresh ears of corn
- 6 slices bacon
- Chili powder (or paprika for a milder taste)
- 6 sheets Aluminum foil

Instructions
- Shuck and rinse corn.
- Cut 6 sheets of aluminum foil longer than the ears of corn (so you have enough to twist on each end).
- Wrap each ear of corn with bacon in a spiral pattern so bacon doesn't overlap. Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Roll up the corn in the aluminum foil and twist the ends like a candy wrapper.
- Grill on a medium hot grill for 30 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked. Use tongs or the aluminum foil ends to turn the corn 3 to 4 times during cooking.
