Pineapple Salsa

Easy and quick to make, pineapple salsa can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator.  Timesaver tip:  If you don’t have time to cut up a fresh pineapple, look for precut fresh pineapple in the produce section of the grocery store. Click here to jump ahead to the recipe.

Instructions
  1. Cut and chop all vegetables. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes until flavors blend. Refrigerate leftover salsa.
