Perfect Pairings

For a delicious snack, I love to cut up fresh, firm apples that have a hint of tartness. A quick dip in lemon juice enhances their tart flavor and keeps them looking fresh. These tart apple chunks can be skewered, making them perfect for dipping into the sweet and salty caramel sauce.
