Praline Pecan Chocolate Cake

Do you need an easy dessert recipe that cooks quickly yet looks like you spent much more time in the kitchen? Then this is your recipe! Perfect for entertaining, this cake makes a pretty presentation and tastes delicious too!

This cake uses a boxed chocolate cake mix as the base. Add in buttermilk and sour cream and a few more ingredients and then pop the cake into the oven for about half an hour.

The sauce looks complicated, but it only takes 3 minutes to cook, and all the ingredients go in one pan!

Bring the sauce to a boil and cook it for 3 minutes. Then remove it from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes, so the sauce thickens. Drizzle the sauce over the top of the cooled cake. Let the sauce run down the sides and keep the pecans sitting on top of the cake. Yes, everyone will think you baked all day!
