Instructions
Dip Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix oregano, parsley, and basil with the ricotta cheese. Stir until herbs are distributed throughout the cheese.
  2. Spray or grease a 9-inch baking dish. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly in the bottom of baking dish. Mix together the parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle over the ricotta cheese.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the cheese. Top with the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni or any other desired pizza toppings.
  4. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
Breadstick Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Brush top side of pizza crust with olive oil. Sprinkle herbs and garlic over crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crust is a light brown. If using a thin crust, adjust baking to a shorter time so you don't overcook crust.
  2. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pizza crust into 1-inch strips.
