Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups watermelon, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into small pieces and freeze for approximately 3 hours. Small pieces will make the watermelon blend easier.
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. See the note below to turn this shake into a cocktail. Garnish with fresh watermelon balls and a drink umbrella.

Notes

Cocktail

Turn this drink into a cocktail by adding 2 ounces of melon-flavored (or unflavored) vodka or rum to the blender with the other ingredients. Adjust the amount of alcohol for your taste preference.
