Instructions
Wash and dice the plums, removing the seeds. You do not have to peel them. Dice the onion into small pieces. Then, mince the jalapeno, removing the stem, seeds, and membranes. Add each to a medium-sized bowl.
Wash and dry the lime. Zest and juice it and add it to the bowl. Stir the salsa and let it sit so the flavors mix. If the salsa is too tart, add brown sugar to sweeten it.
Garnish with sliced green onions or chopped cilantro. The salsa is best eaten right away or within a day of making it.
