A Seedy Little Popsicle
Easy-to-make popsicles with kiwi, dragon fruit, and white grape juice

- 2 medium-sized kiwis
- 1 dragon fruit (white or pink flesh)
- 1-2 cups white grape juice
Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the dragon fruit in two, and with a mini melon baller, scoop the fruit into little balls.
Place the fruit into the 6 molds. Fill with white grape juice. Add lids with sticks.
Freeze overnight or for several hours. Enjoy!
Substitutions
For less sweet fruit pops, use coconut water to bind the fruit. Substitute sparkling grape juice for the regular juice.
