A Seedy Little Popsicle

Equipment

  • 6 popsicle molds with sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized kiwis
  • 1 dragon fruit (white or pink flesh)
  • 1-2 cups white grape juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the dragon fruit in two, and with a mini melon baller, scoop the fruit into little balls.
  • Place the fruit into the 6 molds. Fill with white grape juice. Add lids with sticks.
  • Freeze overnight or for several hours. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions

For less sweet fruit pops, use coconut water to bind the fruit. Substitute sparkling grape juice for the regular juice.
