  • ½ heaping cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ heaping cup frozen mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • ½ cup of 2% milk or milk of your choice
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup raspberry sherbet (or sorbet)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender (or use an immersion blender).
  • Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
