Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend on high until finely chopped and the dip is smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
Chicken Wraps
In a large skillet, place 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and stir to coat the pan.
Add a tortilla to the pan. Spread out a handful of chicken on half of the tortilla. Then add the following on top of the chicken on half of the tortilla: onion, bell pepper, tomato, bacon, pecans, cheese, tortilla chips, and cilantro. Then drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of the Creamy Jalapeno Dip over the other ingredients.
Fold the tortilla over and heat on medium-low heat until the quesadilla is lightly browned. Turn over the quesadilla and toast the other side. Top with salsa and serve immediately.

Jalapeno Dip
The Creamy Jalapeno Dip is best made a day ahead so the flavors have time to meld.
Substitution
You can substitute ranch salad dressing for the Creamy Jalapeno Dip.
