Equipment

  • (1) 8-inch round cast-iron skillet, cake pan, or pie pan

Ingredients
  

  • (1) 8-count roll of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Brush the melted butter onto the bottom and up the sides of the cast-iron skillet.
  • Open the package and separate the rolls. Place 1 roll into the middle of the prepared pan. Unroll the next roll and wind the dough around the first roll. Repeat the process until you build one large sweet roll.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the roll is lightly browned and the center is cooked through. If the roll starts to brown too much on top, place a sheet of aluminum foil over it to finish cooking. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes.
  • Spread the included icing over the large roll. Cut into pie-shaped wedges.
