Ingredients
  

  • (1 ) 28-ounce can of tomatoes (diced) (use a good quality brand)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup tame pickled sliced jalapenos, drained (for hotter salsa, use hot pickled sliced jalapenos)
  • 1 ⅛ teaspoons salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ large sweet onion, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until the salsa is the desired consistency. Add additional salt if desired.
  • Serve immediately. Keep leftover salsa in the refrigerator.
