Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Then, in a microwave bowl, melt the chocolate on high for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat the process until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream cheese.
Add vanilla and stir on low speed until thoroughly mixed.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until cool enough to roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll the truffle balls in the small bowls of your chosen toppings. This recipe will make 30-40 truffles.
