- 1 pound ground pork sausage (mild or hot)
- 1 ¼ cups baking mix (Bisquick used in this recipe)
- (1) 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet with sides.
Break up the pork and place it into a large bowl. Add the baking mix, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together. Use a 1-inch cookie scooper (sprayed with cooking spray) to scoop out the mix and place approximately (50) 1-inch balls on the baking sheet.
Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature is 145 degrees F. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
