  • ½ heaping cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ heaping cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup of 2% milk or milk of your choice
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup pineapple sherbet (or sorbet)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender (or use an immersion blender).
  • Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
